We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased by you will meet your expectations, although we strive for the highest standards.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Section 4. Payment Terms

We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure encrypted payment gateway. By choosing to purchase from PaperCraftCo, you agree to abide by our payment provider's terms and conditions. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us if we suspect fraudulent activity or if your transaction is flagged by our payment provider.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. All transactions are processed in the local currency of your country (GBP for UK, USD for US).

Section 5. Shipping & Handling

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1 to 2 business days before dispatch.

• UK Delivery: Flat rate of £15.00 nationwide. Estimated transit time of 5 to 10 business days.
• US Delivery: Flat rate of $19.00 nationwide. Estimated transit time of 5 to 10 business days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery.

Section 6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 7. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• You must contact us at support@papercraftco.store within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
• Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Section 8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@papercraftco.store with photo evidence. We will arrange a free return and either a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Section 9. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at support@papercraftco.store. Once dispatched, the order must go through our standard 7-day returns process.

Section 10. US Customer Information

For customers in the United States, all transactions are processed in USD. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. PaperCraftCo is not liable for any additional charges imposed by US customs authorities. Sales tax is collected where applicable based on the shipping address.

Section 11. UK Customer Information

For customers in the United Kingdom, all transactions are processed in GBP. Prices include applicable VAT where required. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by these terms.

Section 12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and trademarks is the property of PaperCraftCo or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

Section 13. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the website. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, other accounts, or any servers connected to the website.

Section 14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PaperCraftCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of this website or any products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PaperCraftCo and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Section 16. Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
