Section 2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Section 3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • UK Orders: 5 to 10 business days
  • US Orders: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, and circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, severe weather, customs clearance, or public holidays.

Section 4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package directly with the courier. You can also reach out to us at support@papercraftco.store for an update on your order status.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Section 5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

⚠️ Important for US Customers: Import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. PaperCraftCo is not liable for any additional charges imposed by US customs authorities.

UK customers will not face additional customs charges, as orders are processed locally with applicable VAT included in the displayed price.

Section 6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Section 7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date or upon receipt at support@papercraftco.store.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Your order number
  • Tracking number (if available)
  • Photos of any damage to packaging or product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Section 8. Risk of Loss

All purchases from PaperCraftCo are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once a package is handed over to the courier, we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by the courier, though we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving them.

Section 9. Order Cancellations Before Shipping

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at support@papercraftco.store. Once dispatched, the order must go through our standard returns process. Please refer to our Refund Policy for return guidelines.

Currently, we ship within:

  • The United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands and certain remote areas)
  • The United States (48 contiguous states only, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories)
